Celebrations in Portsmouth as the 24 hour facility opens in Flathouse Quay

The Stella Maris seafarers' centre in Portsmouth was officially opened on 9 June 2008 with AOS GB national director Captain Paul Quinn cutting the ribbon. The AOS Portsmouth pastoral team was joined by colleagues from Southampton and local supporters. There was also a warm welcome for some visiting seafarers whose ship was docked in Portsmouth.
